Leveling the field 3/16/2020

Harvest time and the leveling of the field...

We are in a time of great uncertainty, are we not?! No one seems to know exactly what is going to happen, where or when.

This is causing a lot of uncomfortableness for a good majority of people but especially for those who do not know the Lord.

That is some divine positioning of GOD and He is using that at this time. Hopefully, many will heed the urging and call upon Him at this time for comfort, direction, provision & protection.

A lot of the distractions that this country used as a means of escape and a way to insult the Lord have been temporarily suspended. Sports, places where people gather to consume alcohol, to be sexually immoral, or to gamble. Then we have schools where our children, the most vulnerable members of our society were being denied education of Jesus and wrongfully indoctrinated are now suddenly having to stay home for an extended period of time and that might extend further than we think, we just don't know yet.

We see things that were once considered a guarantee not so guaranteed any more. Even Amazon is so overwhelmed that some items are not available and what is available is not 2 days but now seems to be more like 4 days, provided that doesn't get suspended too.

Then we have our economic system, it's volatile, to say the least. Some say it's crashing. I say it's been needing an overhaul since it came off the Gold standard in 1973.

The Bible says the wealth of the wicked is being laid for the just and we just might end up seeing that wealth distribution reapportioning in our lifetime for the expansion of the kingdom of God. He will not suffer this injustice FOREVER and He will not be mocked.

The Lord watches over His word in order to fulfill it and you are quite literally witnessing historical prophetic occurrences that were foretold in scripture playing out before your very eyes and do not even perceive it?! Or do you?!

Get with the WORD and get over the WORLD! Because before you even know it the world will be over..now that might be literally very soon but the world as we know it or knew it, IS for all intents and purposes NOT the same as it was nor will it ever be quite the same.

It is up to us through prayer & obedience to decide whether or not that future is going to be blessed & in right standing with God or is going to be filled with hardship, faced with the challenges of having to deal with reaping what was wrongfully sewn for decades upon decades.

Decide this day whom you will serve.

Jeremiah 1:12

Then the LORD said to me, "You have seen well, for I am watching over My word to perform it."

Isaiah 2:6-22

The Day of the Lord

You, Lord, have abandoned your people,
    the descendants of Jacob.
They are full of superstitions from the East;
    they practice divination like the Philistines
    and embrace pagan customs.
Their land is full of silver and gold;
    there is no end to their treasures.
Their land is full of horses;
    there is no end to their chariots.
Their land is full of idols;
    they bow down to the work of their hands,
    to what their fingers have made.
So people will be brought low
    and everyone humbled—
    do not forgive them.[a]

10 Go into the rocks, hide in the ground
    from the fearful presence of the Lord
    and the splendor of his majesty!
11 The eyes of the arrogant will be humbled
    and human pride brought low;
the Lord alone will be exalted in that day.

12 The Lord Almighty has a day in store
    for all the proud and lofty,
for all that is exalted
    (and they will be humbled),
13 for all the cedars of Lebanon, tall and lofty,
    and all the oaks of Bashan,
14 for all the towering mountains
    and all the high hills,
15 for every lofty tower
    and every fortified wall,
16 for every trading ship[b]
    and every stately vessel.
17 The arrogance of man will be brought low
    and human pride humbled;
the Lord alone will be exalted in that day,
18     and the idols will totally disappear.

19 People will flee to caves in the rocks
    and to holes in the ground
from the fearful presence of the Lord
    and the splendor of his majesty,
    when he rises to shake the earth.
20 In that day people will throw away
    to the moles and bats
their idols of silver and idols of gold,
    which they made to worship.
21 They will flee to caverns in the rocks
    and to the overhanging crags
from the fearful presence of the Lord
    and the splendor of his majesty,
    when he rises to shake the earth.

22 Stop trusting in mere humans,
    who have but a breath in their nostrils.
    Why hold them in esteem?

Psalm 91

My Refuge and My Fortress

1He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

2I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

3Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

4He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

5Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;

6Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.

7A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.

8Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.

9Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;

10There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.

11For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

12They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.

13Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.

14Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.

15He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.

16With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.
