Today the focus is on resistance, we face it when we witness, we face it when we have to press on to accomplish most any task. Resistance is necessary when the world tries to drag us back in or down. It can be a good thing or a bad thing, depending upon where it comes in and why. Many lost souls offer no resistance at all to wrongful beliefs or activities; they have no resistance to things they ought and yet are masters at resisting that which could save them
James 4:7-87 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
Act 7:51 Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye.
Romans 13:2King James Version (KJV)2Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
Under the employ of the Kingdom, that work in Resistance develops spiritual muscle. Those who have exerted true effort to obtain Godly wisdom, maintain integrity and honor God’s calling will find that their arsenal becomes more and more powerful, an impenetrable persuasiveness.
Luke 21:15 For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.
There will always be distractions; reasons, circumstances and events that seems to be working to the contrary, attempting to pull us away from that which we have set out to do for Kingdom of God. It is paramount, that when you identify this, you treat it BOLDLY, forcefully and tenaciously. Press on, stick to the plan and hunker down for the Lord, His word says that He who endures til the end is the one who receives the reward. Don’t allow the habit of distraction to breed procrastination, don’t allow it to gain a foothold.
A little saying of mine; “If you can’t pay attention, you wont be able to pay anything!” In respect to God, this applies also, we need to pay respect to His commands, it instructs us to meditate upon His word, Day and Night! The benefits of which are innumerable!

Heavenly Father, we thank You that Your Love for us so deep and all encompassing that You have taken the time to foretell all the many things that will and do befall us. It is in our pursuit of You that You continually pour out more and more of Your Divine Wisdom, unwrapping the complexities of human life and elaborating on how we may achieve what we need to and avoid that which would ensnare us! Lord, reveal again and on a deeper level to all of us who are actively seeking close intimate union with You, those things which are there to help us, those things which need to be eradicated and those things which You have laid up for us as a help! Thank You Lord for your patience and long suffering and for the gentle guidance You offer as we often wander off path from time to time. Keep us in tune, on time, in harmony with your Word in all those areas that will help us and bring you Glory! We ask in the Mighty name of Yehushua, Our Lord and Savior, Amen!
