What would you Pray if the Almighty acted on every word you Say? 714/14

What would you Pray if the Almighty acted on every word that you say?

If we ONLY fully comprehended the Power of Our prayers, perhaps it’s the reason why the word
“pray” occurs 313 times in 306 verses in the KJV.

Is the Lord imploring us to pray? Yes, by all means. He tells us that we should bring EVERYTHING to Him in prayer and supplication. We all know what prayer means (to one degree or another) BUT are you clear about what supplication means? (see below)

I have had the incredible honor, pleasure and good fortune to have had a glimpse of the Hand of the Almighty! In spectacular display after spectacular display of Specific Answered Prayers!  When we come into a position of right standing with the Lord, we develop a bond of closeness where our petitions are heard, addressed and tended to. This increases our faith, encourages us to pray and to pray more effectively, specifically, more earnestly, for the welfare of others as well as ourselves!

Who is not familiar with the experience of maybe going to a parent with a request and being told, either; A. Well, I suppose we can arrange for that, you are doing good in school, you’ve got all of your chores done, etc etc. or B. Not so fast, you need to improve this or that, you haven’t completed this or that, I understand you want this, but you have other responsibilities which must be met still.

I’m not suggesting that we can earn an answered prayer (after all, every prayer is answered perfectly, because God is able, true and worthy) BUT it is truthful to say that when we are in a position of obedience, we have direct access to the ear of the Almighty, He inclines His ear to our requests*. In all truthfulness, those who are righteous, who are obedient have learned HOW & WHAT pray! That is the point as to why God is more inclined.

* 1 Peter 3;12 For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.

At any moment, the condition of your own heart and mind (if so aligned with the almighty) can implore Him to immediate and precise response! When we are indignant over an injustice, empathetic to a child who is sick, or desperate for an escape of immediate harm…God is a loving parent and will always do what is best based on EVERY possible outcome, result and obstacle. He takes things into account that we, with our limited understanding can not possibly comprehend and that’s why, We just have to Trust Him, especially when its not clearly apparent why something had to happen the way that it did! You may never find out “WHY” until you get to heaven (and it just might be the reason that You do wind up in Heaven) its His domain and He works in Mysterious, wondrous ways!

Once we have established all the criteria; attitude, adversary, challenge, confidence, necessity, praise, source, etc.,  we can then tap into the POWER of Gods word, for our on benefit, as well as for others!

Phillipians 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

Have a Blessed week and DONT forget to pray!
