Moment of Truth (To be in Love with Jesus not just love Him)

Moment of truth.

With God you have to be IN LOVE WITH HIM; not just love him!

Our God is a jealous God, not in a human sense as if there were any fault or lack in his ability, confidence or knowledge, But in a holy sense, in a Supreme way. God's platform is faithfulness and fierce loyalty, as it says in scripture we don’t desire something that is Luke warm because it’s not palatable and it’s the same thing with God! I mean after all what is there not to love about God! It is easy to love God, He gives us the air that we breathe, supplies the very atmosphere that supports all of life in every activity and every single object and physical thing.

It is all about relationship, its' about passion, it's about a commitment! He didn’t send His Son, His only Son, the spotless Lamb of God, to die on the cross for just anyone but for those who would call Him their own and He them.

With that relationship comes tremendous blessing besides salvation and true peace there is a covenant that extends to your heritage, to your household! When you are in love with the Lord and you have fully surrendered wanting nothing more in your life then to be used and to be a blessing, to be accepted by the Lord. He promises to deliver the desires of your heart. He says that you and your whole household shall be saved.

You are set apart and therefore they are set apart, if it’s important to you, it’s important to God! After all it is His work to do anyway, to prepare the heart.

Sometimes those delays in the natural realm seem like they’re impossible, like they are never going to happen. But the Lord is a master chess player, He would never forfeit the win in order to excel in the battle. He knows just where a person’s heart is at and what it will take to get them to the point where they will be most amendable.

God only wants exactly the same thing that every heart deeply desires; loyalty, authenticity, the unreserved coalescence of deep abiding Love!

He will stop at nothing, pour it out on them in a million ways so that they would literally have to demand Him stop pursuing Him but He will not, not unless He knows that’s the true nature of their heart!

That my friend, is an incredible promise of God. The peace and assurance that our loved ones are His loved ones. They too, in their own divine time will come face to face with their moment of truth.

Proverbs 21:21 He who pursues righteousness and loyalty Finds life, righteousness and honor.

God is loyal to us.

Deuteronomy 7:9 Know that Yahweh your God is God, the faithful God who keeps His gracious covenant loyalty for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commands.

Hosea 6:6 For I delight in loyalty rather than sacrifice, And in the knowledge of God rather than burnt offerings.

Mark 8:34-35 Then Jesus called the crowd to himself along with his disciples and told them, “If anyone wants to follow me, he must deny himself, pick up his cross, and follow me continuously, because whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake and for the gospel will save it.

Acts 16:31 They said, "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household."
